DREAM TEAM
The Dream Team is a group of incredible people who have discovered their gifts and passions through Next Steps and are actively serving in a ministry area. From creating a comfortable environment for our guests on the First Impressions Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus through service on a Student Ministries Team, to breaking down barriers in our city by leading a Connection Group: we are a group that advances the Kingdom of God.

NextSteps
As official hosts of our NextSteps process, this team welcomes visitors and provides materials and assistance in our four classes. This team connects guests to the church community, providing resources and information about all of our events, ministry opportunities, and the overall life of Bridge City Church.
MEDIA TEAM
This team uses their gifts of management and technology to ensure that all guests who come into contact with Bridge City Church are shown the next steps to connect with the church.
BRIDGE CITY KIDS
This team creates an environment where children are constantly exposed to the true love of Jesus. They intentionally invest in the lives of our children through worship, videos, dance, small groups, games and more.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Are you looking to impact the community beyond the church’s four walls? This team goes into the community to show the love of Christ in a real and tangible way.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS
This team of friendly people loves people and makes them feel at home here at Bridge City Church. They greet guests at the door and in the parking lot with a smile, encouragement and a personal touch so that hearts are open to the Gospel message.
CREATIVE
If you are gifted at creating beautiful images, videos, graphic designs or social media posts to reach out to others and draw them into the Bridge City Church family, then joining the creative team is for you.
PRODUCTION
Bring your creativity and technical skills to this team through camera work, lighting, and other visual elements.
USHERS
These men and women prepare people for a positive worship experience by welcoming them and helping them to be seated, facilitating the offering and maintaining a distraction-free environment.
CONNECTION GROUP FACILITATOR
We believe real life change happens in the context of relationships. As a Connection Group facilitator, you have an excellent opportunity to connect with others, fulfill your purpose, develop your gifts, and live out the Great Commission.
PRAISE AND WORSHIP
Through voices, instruments or audio engineering, this dynamic team pave way for everyone to have an encounter with the living God.
Prayer
This team of brave and trained intercessors covers our weekend services in prayer, preparing the way for the Lord to move as He desires. Join this team that is paving the way for God in our city!
